Garfield Commons, Pittsburgh, PA
Mr. Scott directed the full construction lifecycle of a $150 million redevelopment project, delivering 325 new townhome units across four phases. Responsibilities included procuring and managing the general contractor, architects, engineers, and third-party consultants. The scope encompassed demolition of 600 existing units, extensive site work, and installation of new infrastructure. The project was successfully financed through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
City’s Edge, Pittsburgh, PA
Mr. Scott served as Senior Vice President of Operations, where he played a key role in selecting development partners and third-party administrators to secure funding and oversee construction of 110 residential units, 12,000 square feet of commercial space, and a 145-space podium-style parking garage, with a total project cost of $65 million.
Marrero Commons, New Orleans, LA
Mr. Scott directed and secured the general contractor, architects, engineers, and third-party consultants for the redevelopment of a 55-acre site, which included the demolition of 1,500 units and the construction of 425 new townhomes and two story apartment buildings. The $250 million project was completed in three phases and encompassed demolition, infrastructure, site work, and vertical construction. Oversaw all construction activities and reporting requirements, with financing supported by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
Cemex Concrete Plant, Nassau Bahamas
Mr. Scott served as Consulting Director for the restoration of outbuildings and a concrete silo severely damaged by hurricane-force winds. He conducted comprehensive inspections, defined the required scope of work, and prepared a detailed construction estimate for the full restoration, totaling $3.8 million.
The Grand Lucayan Resort, Freeport, Bahamas
Mr. Scott served as a senior consultant to assess hurricane wind damage to a luxury resort, which included two buildings housing a total of 524 guest rooms and suites, as well as several additional structures hosting a variety of guest activities. The property also featured an 18-hole golf course, multiple swimming pools, and various beachfront structures. He conducted a comprehensive survey of the damage to interior spaces—including lobbies, guest rooms, hallways, restaurants, and other facilities—as well as exterior areas impacted by the hurricane. Additionally, Mr. Scott assisted in developing the scope of work required for full restoration of the resort and prepared a detailed construction estimate, totaling $157 million, for the client.
Aransas County School District, Rockport TX
Mr. Scott served as the Consulting Director to assess hurricane damage for a local school district encompassing multiple K–12 schools. He led a team of senior consultants in evaluating structural damage, interior conditions, roofing, and all MEP systems. Following the assessment, the team developed a comprehensive scope of work and prepared a detailed construction estimate totaling over $500 million.
Churchill House Apartments, Harlem NY
Developed the construction strategy, budget, and schedule for the renovation of a 98-unit, 14-story apartment building, with a total project cost of $14 million, utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Managed the solicitation and retention of the general contractor, architects, and third-party consultants. The comprehensive scope of work included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, interior finishes, roofing, signage, landscaping, and exterior façade improvements.
