Managing a project site as an Owner’s Representative to ensure labor, materials, and equipment are properly accounted for, at a minimum. This service is typically utilized for repair/recovery projects where a loss event has impacted an ongoing business (business interruption) or completion deadline where it makes sense to hire a contractor on a “Time and Material” basis and begin work immediately.
