Mr. Brendon Trofimowicz is a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and a building-envelope and MEP consultant serving building owners, insurance carriers, and legal counsel. He has completed in excess of 450 documented roof assessments, has advised roofing related projects cumulatively exceeding $150 million in construction value, and has provided expert testimony in property-insurance dispute proceedings.
Mr. Trofimowicz’s practice emphasizes transparent, data-driven evaluations, with a focus on objective damage attribution. His technical methods include RTK-corrected UAS photogrammetry, radiometric thermal infrared imaging, and integration of NEXRAD Level II and MRMS radar datasets with independent ground-truth weather reporting for hail and wind event reconstruction. All field observations are timestamped, georeferenced, and preserved as primary evidence.
