Matt has extensive experience investigating and evaluating complex property losses, developing detailed repair estimates, analyzing construction costs, and negotiating repair scopes with contractors and vendors. During his tenure as a national catastrophe adjuster for a large national insurance carrier, and as an independent adjuster, he handled large-loss property claims ranging from $250,000 to $2.5 million and responded to major catastrophe events, including hurricanes and wildfires. His commercial property claims experience further strengthened his ability to assess building damage, evaluate repair costs, review independent inspection reports, and determine appropriate claim resolutions.

His combined experience in construction restoration, independent adjusting, and carrier-side claims handling provides a comprehensive understanding of building damage, repair methodologies, construction costs, and property loss evaluation.
