Mr. Bryan Phillips is a Senior Building Consultant with over 22 years of experience in the construction, insurance, and infrastructure industries. Evaluated and calculated costs to repair wind and water damage and code upgrades due to a hurricane for a 50,000 sf grocery store, Dollar Store, drug store and clothing outlet as well as nine retail units including Taco Bell, Cricket, nail salon, insurance agency and others. Achieved an agreement with the public adjuster in two months. Loss valuated at $1.02M.
