Mr. Harold Adams has over 35 years of combined experience as a building consultant and restoration contractor. He specializes in property losses involving reconstruction estimates for commercial and residential structures involving fire, flood, hail, and other storm damage. Harold worked on wide variety of loss claims providing cost estimates, clerk of works, and appraisal services. Harold pays strong attention to detail and excels in strategizing for efficiency and effectiveness. He is also knowledgeable with Xactimate estimating software.

Prior to joining ACC, Harold was a Project Manager for a team of Building Consultants based throughout the Southeast for a large consulting firm, performing building consulting services for his clients. Harold started his career in construction and later started his own small restoration and remodeling business for 8 years.

Assisted in nspecting and writing estimates for several commercial buildings that sustained catastrophic damage from tornadoes. Assisted in over $2,000,000 worth of damage estimates for CAT event.

Hurrican Ian – Daytona, FL
Inspected and estimated damage to commercial properties including several condominiums after sustaining damage from Hurricane Ian. Over $3,000,000 in estimated damages.

Collegiate Campus – MN
Assisted in inspecting and estimating severe hail damage to several roofs of historical and
non-historical bulidings. Estimates totating over $800,000,000

Club House – AR
Water damage to a Clubgouse .. Worked with contractor on agreed pricing and scope, inspected and wrote estimate for repair totaling $280,000.

Food Plant – Memphis, TN
Served as Clerk of Works overseeing the clean up and restoration process due to a large fire in the food processing area. Loss totaled over 25,000,000 with the restoration piece at
1,500,000.

Army Base -LA
Water damage to several housing units. Performed moisture mapping as well as inspecting
and estimating of over 50 housing units. Over 500,000 in estimated damages.
