Jeff Pearlman is a seasoned General Adjuster and Building Consultant with 22 years of field experience in residential, commercial large loss, farm and ranch, condominium, flood, large HOA communities, and mobile home claims. He is proficient in all stages of field claim management, from initial assessment to closure and re-inspections, and has extensive expertise in estimating major losses for clients. Jeff has a four-year background in appraisal and mediation, having successfully settled over 150 appraisals for both insured parties and insurers. He is a TDI-approved umpire and has served as an expert witness in building consulting for multiple multi-million dollar commercial appraisals. He has also consulted for several prominent engineering firms and large-scale clients. His experience includes managing hail, wind, hurricane, and flood-related losses ranging from $300,000 to $35 million across the US, Canada, and Mexico, with total settled losses exceeding $150 million.
