Joseph Danso has more than 14 years of insurance-industry experience, including property claims work since 2019 and building consulting since 2022. His work focuses on complex residential and commercial property losses involving fire, water, wind, hail, winter storms, hurricanes, mudslides, burglary, and other catastrophe-related damage.

As a catastrophe independent adjuster, Joseph deployed throughout the United States to inspect and document losses. He was later selected for a small retained team responsible for bringing complex catastrophe claims to completion after the initial adjusting roster had been reduced. In that role, he reviewed and corrected estimates, reinspected properties for omitted damage, revised scopes, and worked with policyholders and contractors to resolve differences and close claims. Some assignments remained active for up to two years because of their size and complexity.

Prior to joining ACC, Joseph provided building consulting services to restoration companies, general contractors, and attorneys. His representative experience includes portfolios and individual losses exceeding $163 million in reported value.
