His expertise with Xactimate has allowed him the ability to develop scoping and estimating skills. Some of his recent consultant experience includes the 2014 Tarrant County tornado (public school loss, over 15 total loss residential dwellings) 2016 Texas hail season (over 30 commercial locations with exposure of $80M), San Antonio Country Club, San Antonio Employee Pension Fund Plaza, Broadway Bank (over 18 locations), San Antonio Fine Arts building, including hurricanes Florence (Wilmington County Hospital $400M exposure), Harvey, Laura, and Delta. Also, Summary Judgement judiciary awarded in Bexar County Texas for personal line litigation.
