Mr. Paul Origer has over 13 years of combined experience as a building consultant and property claims specialist/manager. He specializes in residential property losses involving reconstruction estimates for high-end residential structures involving fire, flood, hail, and other storm damage. Paul has managed a wide variety of multi-million-dollar loss claims providing cost estimates and cost/invoice auditing services. Paul is highly knowledgeable with Xactimate estimating software.

Prior to joining ACC, Paul led a team of property adjusters throughout the Midwest, providing mentorship and training to ensure successful claim handling and processing. Paul started his career as a catastrophe adjuster for Allstate Insurance before joining Homesite Insurance to handle local and large exposure losses.

Paul manages ACC projects in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest and ensures its work product and level of service exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Vista North Association – Bemidji, MN – September 2023
Inspected and prepared ROM for disputed hail damages on 35 building townhome association, totaling $2,000,000.

House Fire – Defiance, MO – August 2023
Inspected and wrote estimates for house fire including demolition, clean-up, and repair in coordination with contractor. Reached 100% agreement with contractor on all aspects of repair, approximately $500,000, within 3 weeks of the loss.

Half Moon Bay Condo Association – New Berlin, WI – June 2023
Inspected and verified hail repair cost to 24 association structures, totaling $1,300,000.

LWE Roosevelt – Pittsburgh, PA – August 2023
Coordinated and produced env. and engr. loss assessment and initial estimates for 13 story high rise, with access constraints, damaged by fire. Initial ROM produced at $8,500,000.

Old National Bank – Louisville, KY – May 2023
Mass shooting incident resulting in damage to commercial property. Scoped resulting damages to the bank and provided ROM of $250,000.

Residential Water/Mold – Antioch, CA – May 2019
Oversaw loss review and estimating for water and mold damages in high-end residential property.  Reached agreement to bypass appraisal and mitigation for damages totaling $750,000.
