Willard Silva has 18 years of experience in commercial and residential restoration as a building consultant, project manager, and previous owner of his own restoration and construction company. He has experience overseeing all phases of insurance claims for mitigation and reconstruction of damages caused by water, fire, wind, mold and natural disasters. This experience has allowed him to gain valuable knowledge and insight into various projects in the restoration and construction process.

Willard has overseen claims across many industries, including commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, and medical offering loss support for water removal, drying, dehumidification, cleaning, sanitization, and construction repair. Working as a building consultant with Aggregate Construction Consultants, Willard is responsible for consulting on a unique range of losses. His specialties include assessing and itemizing damages, developing preliminary reports, detailed repair estimates, and negotiation of reconstruction scopes.
